Our installers work only for us, and will install your office furniture in a professional and safe manner, removing boxes and other packing materials from your premises when finished so you’re ready to enjoy your new space.
How We Work
We understand that our clients are busy, so we do everything possible to make it easy and convenient to plan and shop for new office furniture.
We begin with a get-acquainted conversation where we gather information about your furniture needs, tastes and budget. We’ll come to your office to look at your layout and take measurements. We also want to see how your people interact with their office environment, and note current style elements, artwork or furniture you’re keeping.
Next we’ll arrange a second appointment, either at our 6,000 square foot Rockville Maryland showroom, or at a showroom of one of our preferred D.C. area manufacturers, where we’ll show you pieces based on your needs and preferences. We take the time to educate you about how differences in construction, and building materials and fabric affect quality and price; and offer viable options and alternatives to accommodate your taste, space, and budget.
You get immediate access to one of our dedicated furniture professionals each time you call, and you’ll work with that person throughout the entire process. We are here to answer your questions, help you plan and design your new office space, and supervise your furniture installation.
